Tim Davis, Project Manager
Tim is also a master carpenter by trade with over 25 years of experience in the construction management and home building industry. His passion for detail has put his production management and carpentry skills to the top levels of his class. His product and industry knowledge have earned himself and Hafer Construction, Inc. an unbeatable reputation for providing superior service to homeowners. Bob Carroll, Field Services
Bob has spent many years in the home building and remodeling industry putting his carpentry skills to work. He is always available and willing to take on new tasks and projects and there to answer questions for homeowners. Bob’s excitement and zeal for his work far surpasses the expectations of many. Debbie Hafer, Marketing/Office Management
Debbie has spent 20+ years in the convention and meetings industry and brings her skills and knowledge of project and business management to Hafer Construction, Inc. Her responsibilities include planning and management of the company’s marketing efforts – including the web site, advertising, public relations, and accounting functions. Debbie also assists with company efforts and works closely with each of the team members to coordinate growth and marketing activities. One of Debbie’s favorite phrases is, “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
Susan Smoot, Marketing/Office Management
Susan brings Hafer Construction, Inc. an added bonus. Her background includes working as a legal assistant in law offices across the region and in business management. Also a native of Northern Virginia, Susan is the first person to touch our customers. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling appointments, office management, synchronization and assistance with marketing and business growth, accounting and many other details of the day to day operations of Hafer Construction, Inc. Susan’s strong people skills and perseverance are the keys to her success in all that she touches. Susan finds great fulfillment in talking with customers and helping them realize their home remodeling dreams.
